Medical & injury Membership Pause Policy
We understand that unexpected health conditions and injuries can temporarily prevent members from participating in classes at The Hot Spot.
Members enrolled in a commitment membership may request a temporary medical pause for up to 60 days when a health condition or injury prevents participation.
Medical Pause Guidelines
• A medical pause may be granted for a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 60 days.
• A note or other documentation from a licensed healthcare provider may be required confirming that the member should temporarily refrain from exercise or participation. No diagnosis or detailed medical information is required.
• Membership billing will be paused during the approved freeze period.
• Access to classes and membership benefits will also be paused during this time.
• The membership commitment does not disappear during a medical pause. The membership end date will be extended by the same amount of time that the membership is frozen.
• Members should contact The Hot Spot as soon as reasonably possible to request a medical pause. Pauses will generally begin on the date approved and will not be applied retroactively to previously used membership periods or charges.
• Medical pauses are limited to a cumulative maximum of 60 days during each commitment term unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved by The Hot Spot in exceptional circumstances.
At the end of the approved pause period, the membership and regular billing schedule will automatically resume.
This temporary pause policy does not limit any cancellation or other rights a member may have under applicable California law.

aUTO-PAY POLICY
Auto Pay memberships require a minimum 12-month commitment. After the initial 12 months, memberships will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled.
To cancel your membership, written notice must be submitted via email at least 30 days prior to your next billing date. Please include your full name and a request to cancel your membership.

Memberships, class packs, and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Expiration dates are final.
